Common questions
What happens if I cancel?
Your computers stop being wakeable straight away, but nothing is deleted immediately — the machines and their saved disks are kept for 7 days. Resubscribe within that window and everything comes back exactly as you left it, including which machine your extra disk was assigned to. After 7 days they are permanently deleted, and the dashboard counts down the whole time.
What if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for 3 days while you sort the card out. We show a banner with the days remaining rather than cutting you off.
Can I remove an add-on later?
Yes, at any time, from your billing page — there is no separate portal to go to. Add-ons are a fixed monthly price rather than a daily rate, so cancelling stops the next charge instead of refunding part of this one: you keep the add-on, and whatever is using it, until the end of the month you have already paid for. You can take the cancellation back at any point before that date. After it, nothing is deleted — the computer that add-on was paying for simply stops being wakeable until you add capacity back, and it keeps every file in the meantime. Cancelling a disk works the same way: the machine holding it keeps every file and stops being wakeable, and you choose whether to buy the disk back or erase it. Only if you do neither within 7 days is it erased for you.
Do sleeping computers cost extra?
No. A sleeping computer costs the same as a running one — it is included in whatever you have bought. Sleeping exists so your work survives and resumes quickly, not as a billing tier.
Who handles payment?
Stripe. The card form on your billing page is served by Stripe inside our page, so the number goes straight to them and never touches our servers — we store nothing but the last four digits. Stripe also issues your invoices and receipts.
Is there a free trial?
Not right now. The plan is $7.99 a month and you can cancel at any time from your billing page, in one click — it keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, and you can take the cancellation back at any point before that.
